The 16th Symposium of the T. E. Lawrence Society

The Society is pleased to be back in Oxford at Keble College, which is a new and exciting venue for our 16th Symposium.
Programme details and Booking Forms will be sent out to all members in late February. If any non members would like to come to the Symposium please contact the Hon.Secretary, and you will be placed on a waiting list.
Friday’s programme will consist of visits to archives related to Lawrence at Jesus College and Magdalen College in Oxford.
There will be four presentations on both Saturday and Sunday, covering a range of interesting subjects by world renowned speakers:

- Reliving Arabia: Lawrence’s post war life, Prof. George Thompson
- Jim Ede and T E Lawrence, Dr. Barbara Cooke

- Desert Insurgency: Archeology and the Arab Revolt, Prof. Nicholas Saunders
- A Syrian volunteer in Feisal’s army, Dr. Peter Clark
- ‘Rosy’ Wemyss, Admiral of the Fleet, John Johnson-Allen
